Privacy policy
This site is a reference publication. It collects very little, and what it collects is described here.
What is collected
Standard web server logs record pages requested, the time, the referring page, the browser and operating system and an internet protocol address. These are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and are used to keep the site running and to understand which pages are read.
If you send an email to an address published here, we hold that correspondence in order to reply to it.
Cookies
No advertising or tracking cookies are set. The content management system may set a session cookie for anyone logging in to administer the site. Nothing on these pages requires a reader to accept a cookie.
Analytics
Where analytics are used they are used in aggregate, to understand which pages are read and how people arrive. They are not used to build a profile of an individual reader and the data is not sold.
Third parties
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so a request is made to that service when a page loads. No other third party resources are embedded. Links to other sites are provided for reference and those sites have their own policies.
What is not done
Information about readers is not sold, rented or traded, and none is shared with advertisers, because this site carries no advertising.
Your choices
You may read this site without providing any information. If you have written to us and want that correspondence deleted, write to editorial@eminentdomainclaim.com and it will be.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page.
